"Very good value for money hotel stay. Good sized room that was well equipped- free safe, iron and ironing board. Nice additions like plenty biscuits and 2 bottles of water. Check in was pretty quick, only waited 15 minutes. Complimentary muffins at check-in was a nice surprise. Staff very pleasant

"Very convenient for Cardiff city centre, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy room
Placement of shower curtain was a bit awkward, making the shower space a bit too small (bath and shower were perfectly fine, the rail is just too far in)"

"Nice staff and property had been kept up to date. We had the room facing the bars. We happened to be in a long holiday weekend so every night there was a patty on the street until 3:00 am. "

The room was clean though some of the fixtures and fittings left a little to be dessired. The curtains were full of moth holes and one of the lampshades had seen much better days. Breakfast was good with plent of choise."
