Lovely hotel but Manor House rooms not on a par to the Celtic Manor
Also £13.50 a day cheapest parking hurt
Lovely breakfast and use of main hotel but next time I will stay in the Celtic Manor and only stay one night not 3 as nearly £40 to park my car when staying 3 nights plus that car park is a fair walk as it was raining has put me off staying longer again
This hotel was splendid, the staff friendly and pleasant at all times. The swimming pool, sauna needs booking so do that asap.
Jacuzzi is huge.
The 2 times we went during our 1 night stay was not that busy which was surprising for a one night stay over bank holiday.
Book your restaurant in advance or have a plan. There is an independent restaurant called Soma which isn’t on the list when making a booking, it’s inside the hotel too.
Great stay, beautiful grounds.
Best price was through Expedia.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the Manor House as only 1 night business trip but I would definitely come back with family. Great spa amenities and restaurant choices.
I gave 4 stars for two reasons.
I was not provided with a gown in my room and the spa didn’t have any spare so had to chase around the hotel asking for one. Big thank you to Adi on concierge, who ran to house keeping I fetch
Room door handle dropped off, but otherwise can’t fault our stay; lovely staff, great facilities (shuttle bus a helpful touch) with loads to do with the kids. Cant wait to come back for a longer stay.
Celtic Manor is an exceptionally fantastic location, only previously been for work events I took the weekend with my wife for my birthday and had a chance to have a relaxing spa weekend unfortunately didn't get to hit the golf there is definitely plenty to do here. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the food was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to visit from family to couples, looking forward to my next visit keep up the great work.
The staff were excellent throughout, extremely friendly and helpful.
The service is also excellent in both the restaurants and bars.
There are quite a few activities on-site, including archery and adventure golf.
The only negative is the fact that you are expected to pay for parking, despite staying at the hotel.
Good nights sleep and the breakfast was good as well

Everything was great staff were amazing as alwatsb
Fabulous short stay, staff very helpful, breakfast lovely, room clean though a bit hot. Very near M4 but no noise heard so a well placed location if travelling and an ideal stopover if travelling through to west wales. The pool and gym were excellent, we used both
Parking was a bit of an adventure and it didn't mention that parking was £25 for overnight. Plenty of bars to eat and drink, thought £12 for 2 pepsi was a bit much but it is a fantastic place. Dinner in the grill was exceptionally good and descent price. Breakfast was best £9 each i have ever spent, but book it with booking or it £24 each in hotel. The breakfast had everything you could possible want and every ingredient was of excellent quality. Highly recommend this hotel. We plan to go back now we know the layout will be easier to navigate our way around. The shuttle bus that runs around the grounds was very helpful. Every bar and restaurant were of very high standards and the all the staff were very helpful and polite 5 STARS ALL THE WAY
Breakfast was in the main hotel due to circumstances Beyond their control.
Excellent service 👏

AC did not work. Asked at front desk to check it. Was told this could be done remotely. It was a sweaty night as AC not sorted.
Leaky seal on shower, bathroom floor with heavy leakage.
Beautiful grounds. Pool lovely
