« This was not a great trip for us. Started with a delayed flight, not the hosts fault, but when I hadn’t received the lockbox code by 2:30pm I message them asking for it because we were going to be without service at check in time. Some of our friends arrived in PR on time and headed to the house at 2pm so make sure they’d be able to access it. The cleaning lady gave them the code and they left till check-in.
