A large doorway leading out of the living area opens into the elegantly furnished and softly lit dining room.

If you prefer dining outdoors with a magnificent sea view, look no further than the large terrace featuring a marble table and automatic sun awnings. For the passionate chef, the compact kitchen, located adjacent to the dining room, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The villa hosts two bedrooms and a bathroom, located along a short hallway near the living room. The master bedroom consists of a double room with a flat-screen TV, ample wardrobe space, and sea views with direct access to the wraparound terrace.
