All’interno nel grande soggiorno si trova il salotto con tv e camino, adiacente c’è la cucina con isola, frigo, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per caffè, 2 bagni con lavabo, WC e bidet (di cui uno con doccia con tripla funzione e l'altro dotato di vasca da bagno). Nel primo piano c’è la zona notte con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con tv, di cui una con ampia cabina armadio e l'altra con grande armadio ad ante scorrevoli a specchio. In ogni ambiente è presente l’aria condizionata, riscaldamento e nel soggiorno un camino a pellet. Nel giardino è presente un grande barbecue e un posto auto coperto. Villa Ines è ubicata nel condominio di Torre degli ulivi, sul mare, immerso nel verde di bellissime e secolari piante d’ulivo. Il complesso residenziale è dotato di campo da tennis, calcetto e area giochi per bambini, palestra/area fitness. Sono inoltre presenti un supermercato, un ristorante/pizzeria, due bar e un’edicola. Torre degli ulivi è un'oasi sul mare, a pochi chilometri dalla città di Cagliari, dalle montagne di Capoterra e dalle spiagge più belle della Sardegna, tra cui Chia, Tuarredda, Teulada, Porto Pino, l'isola di Carloforte. E' inoltre a 10 minuti d'auto dal sito archeologico di Nora, immerso nelle spiagge di Pula. Si arriva dall'aeroporto di Elmas/Cagliari attraverso la strada statale 195 che costeggia da un lato il mare e dall'altro la grande laguna di Santa Gilla (area protetta di importanza internazionale con i suoi magnifici fenicotteri rosa). Nel mare di Torre degli ulivi è possibile praticare il windsurf, il kite surf, la vela ed è possibile frequentare dei corsi per gli sport acquatici. A 10 km. dalla casa si trova il golf club Is Molas con campi da 18 e 9 buche. Per chi ama il trekking, o le escursioni in mountain bike o a cavallo è possibile visitare l'oasi naturalistica del WWF di Monte Arcosu (la più grande d'Italia). The oval pool with large Roman staircase, Orosei white stone pavement, cascade and various colored stained-glass lighting is certainly the added value of the villa. A large barbecue is also available. The two levels are connected by a large scale. The beds of the rooms are double, while in the living area there is a martinonial sofa bed. The modern kitchen with island is equipped with all utensils and utensils needed to prepare meals. Dishes, cutlery and good-value glasses are at guests' disposal. A technological and brand new tea, coffee, cappuccino, chocolate and tea-making machine is also present. The ground floor bathroom features a modern three function shower: large shower, jet shower and hand shower. That's the top of the bathtub top. The 2 bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and Tv. Heating is present in all rooms, while in the living area there is also a beautiful pellet fireplace. The loggias are fully furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, awnings, sofas and chaise loungue. The large garden is fully planted with palm trees, olive trees, bougainvilleas and numerous other species, and also has its own light plant for outdoor evenings. Complete the outbuilding of the villa with a large covered car space for 2 cars, the electric gate and the video door phone.
