Altana, Poggiolo and La Balconata are 3 apartments with large outdoor spaces in a private property surrounded by greenery with sea view just 400 meters from the center of Capoliveri  
  
This residence surrounded by greenery is a few hundred meters (400) from the picturesque center of Capoliveri. Its slightly hilly position allows it to enjoy a view with the sea in the background, away from the chaos of the center which is very lively in summer. It is accessed through a large piece of land, closed by a private gate, where you can leave your cars in a comfortable way. You can choose the solution that you like best, considering that they all have a large outdoor area for exclusive use, to guarantee you a holiday in absolute relaxation.  
  
It is an area full of wild beaches such as Laconella, Felciaio or Remaiolo but also long equipped beaches such as Lacona, Lido di Capoliveri, L'Innamorata and Naregno; without forgetting all the small coves, both free and equipped, such as Barabarca, Madonna delle Grazie or the Stecchi. Idyllic location because you will be away from the chaos of the narrow streets of the center, but you can easily reach it on foot.

\- from the beach of Naregno 3.2 km; from the Lido di Capoliveri beach 5.4 km; from Innamorata beach: 4.5 km; Straccoligno beach 2,8 km

Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!  
  
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006\. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .  
Dimora Capoliveri is a property divided into three apartments in Le Lecce, which is accessed from a large private land closed by a gate, each of which offers large private outdoor spaces with a view of the sea in the background. We are in the municipality of Capoliveri, 400 meters from the centre, where nature and tradition meet, in the squares and alleys of the medieval village.

Apartment on the first floor, consists of a small living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, equipped outdoor area and large terrace for exclusive use equipped for outdoor dining.
