A perfect location This Cape Woolamai beach house is set in a private garden is ideally located between a surf beach and swimming beach. Ideal for couples or a small family. This property is perfect for your next beach stay at Phillip Island. There is a key safe on the front balacony. The key code is sent via sms to the guest on the morning of check in date. The home is a private residence and the guests have full use of all the home This is a private home in a quiet residentila area. There is to be no noise or parties. PLEASE NOTE: LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own, or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager know and this is invoiced separately for payment. BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required. FIREWOOD: Firewood is not supplied.Youn to bring your own. PLEASE NOTE: \- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking.
