Yard is not big but the set up of living upstairs with a toilet and shower room and separate toilet and bedrooms downstairs, with the detached garage bedroom giving additional privacy, worked well for our group. Direct access to dog park, and kid's playground and short walk to beautiful beach with dog beach area. Kitchen very well equipped and we also appreciated the games provided. Beds comfy and clean all round. Only thing I didn't realise was that there is only one bathroom/shower. With a big group one bathroom is a bit tricky. There are two toilets. The house is a three bedroom house, with the addition of a studio outside. There is no ensuite to the studio so you do need to go into the house to use the toilet and bathroom. ##### Maria S.
