"Agrifoglio" is a charming semi-detached vacation rental located in Segromigno in Monte, just 10 km from Lucca. It offers a private and fenced 200 m2 well-kept garden with beautiful trees, an 8-meter diameter swimming pool with a depth of 120 cm (available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th), and an arbor where guests can relax and unwind. The property also features Internet Wifi, parking, and a washing machine for shared use.

The vacation home is a 5-room semi-detached house spanning 100 m2 over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system. The dining room is spacious, with a large table and access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, dining table, and an exit to the garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one being a double bedroom with air conditioning, and the other two rooms also featuring air conditioning. Additionally, there is a small room with one bed.

The house is beautifully and cosily furnished, creating a perfect retreat for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It features a hydro massage shower and a separate shower/WC in the bathroom. The house is heated with gas heating. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace and patio, both furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (5). Other amenities include an iron, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Free WiFi and reserved parking (fenced) at the house are also provided.
