Podere Elga is a charming country house vacation rental in the heart of Tuscany, Capannori, Italy. It boasts a spacious 2,800 m2 garden with a variety of plants, a 14 x 8 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and parking on the premises. Guests can enjoy reliable Internet Wifi access, while the property is fenced for privacy and safety.  
  
Outdoors  
Podere Elga offers a serene escape surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The property features a lush 2,800 m2 garden with a variety of plants for guests to explore. The swimming pool, measuring 14 x 8 m with a depth of 110 - 150 cm, is available for use seasonally between May 13th and October 7th. An outdoor shower is provided for added convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The owner of Podere Elga resides on the same property, ensuring a personal touch and assistance if needed. Additionally, there is another house available for rent on the complex, allowing larger groups to stay together. Access to the property is via a 400 m long unmade road, providing seclusion and privacy.

Podere Elga is conveniently located near several attractions and amenities. The nearest shop is just 800 m away, while a supermarket can be found within 6.8 km. The sandy beach is a short 30 km drive, perfect for a day by the sea. Nearby attractions include San Giuliano Terme (25 km), Collodi Pinocchio Park (27 km), Montecatini Terme (28 km), Viareggio (42 km), Casciana Terme (36 km), and the renowned city of Florence (90 km). Guests can also explore the well-known lakes such as Torre del Lago (45 km), Lago di Massaciuccoli (43 km), and Lago della Gherardesca (5 km).

Unit Layout  
This charming and comfortable cottage, "Il Rustico," is spread over two levels, covering an area of 75 square meters. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, and it has an exit leading to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of Castelvecchio di Compito Alto. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as four hot plates, ideal for preparing meals. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm), and the other with two comfortable beds. Additionally, there is a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant vacation stay. It features gas heating and air-conditioning for your comfort, regardless of the weather conditions. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, as well as free WiFi and reserved parking at the house.  
  
Other Information  
The cottage, "Il Rustico," is a non-smoking property, and only one pet/dog is allowed on the premises. It offers a charming and comfortable environment for your vacation, with all the necessary amenities at your disposal. The cottage is suitable for a maximum capacity of 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
