Air conditioning smelled swage and need claening. We had to turn off AC to stop bad swage smell. Building was old and bed was too soft.

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

"While it is usually true that you get what you pay for, it is not an excuse. General: The building smelled like must, mold and cigarettes. There is no a/c in the building. That is perfectly fine for 300 days a year, but when the daytime temperature hits 35°C of outside, it is quite unpleasant inside. ..."

"The hotel was nice. The shared bathroom I wasn’t sure about especially when there was a share bathroom but the sink was in our own room with the shower. Bit odd. Small room, but over all good stay. They let us check in 30 min early and keep our bags there before that. Nice staff."
