« We'd never stayed at Arch Cape before - we loved it. This is a beautiful beach and just a few minutes from Cannon Beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were able to bring our dogs and the beach was just a house down to the trail. This is a beautiful property and we have already rebooked. »

« Easy drive up and walk to beach or downtown restaurants. This house had everything we asked for plus. I have to say that our age range was 68-81 and the front steps were a bit of a challenge, there are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground for older folks. We didn't think we needed "disabled" access but some easy access would have helped. We hope to stay here again. »

« We immediately felt at home in this cozy beach house. My husband and I came with our 2 adult children and the kitchen was fully stocked for meals at home and the location is close enough to fabulous downtown Manzanita. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again. »

« This was our second time staying at Sea and Sand. We had a mixed bag of weather, with sunny days and stormy days. The house was just so cozy during the storms, and we got a lot of "puzzling" in. Love the expansive views of both the ocean and beach and the mountain. Lots of spots outside to sit and enjoy the ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and very large couch that we all fitted on. Used the barbecue and ping-pong table. Great access to the beach, and manageable for my 80+ year old folks!...
