Everything downtown is within walking distance which is nice for how busy it can be with parking. The outside patio is somewhat private from the street but could be more private along with more private from the neighbors on each side with more landscaping or even some sort of barriers? I thought that it might be loud during the night since it’s located on the main road through canon beach but it was very quiet through the night. Excellent access to the beach.
