We knew going into this place that it wasn't going to be the best place we've ever stayed. But I think it's reasonable to expect that things are clean and amenities maintained.
The room smelled like smoke. It was awful. We had to go out and buy Febreze and light incense to make it manageable.
The one room key we got didn't work.
The shower head was so clogged up that it sprayed everywhere and the tub wouldn't drain at a normal rate. I was calf deep in water after a less than 10 minute shower.
The bathroom in particular did not feel clean at all. But overall the room didn't feel clean. In addition to the Febreze, I purchased a blanket to use because I didn't feel good using theirs.
The TV didn't work. One of the very few moments I was grateful my kids had an iPad to use.
The AC didn't continue to cool the room overnight. It would turn off and on because of the auto/eco mode but the room stayed very warm during the night and very cold in the morning.
All in all, it would have been worth it to pay a little extra to stay somewhere better since I had to spend money to make this place feel more comfortable. We spent as little time in the room as possible to avoid it.
