Infinito Azul Apartment

The apartment is attached to a villa located in one of the tourist attractions that Madeira offers, Cristo Re-Garajau. The tranquility of the place and the immense blue sea that the view offers, is the perfect symbiosis for a relaxing holiday. Ten minutes from the center of Funchal and twelve from the Airport, it makes it close to everything, but away from the confusion. Restaurants, supermarket, hairdressers, pastry shops, pharmacy, taxis and public transport are services that are within five minutes walk. The beach is located three minutes from the accommodation, in a nature reserve -Reserva do Garajau and with pedestrian or cable car access.

Relaxed stay in a top location in Madeira

Our stay in Madeira at Filipe's apartment was very nice. The check-in was a bit bumpy, but in the end everything worked out great. The apartment is super nice on the hillside with a great sea view. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and the beach are close by. Everything was clean and all necessary kitchen utensils were available. Our air conditioning did not work at the beginning, but after a quick call to Filipe, everything was fixed and ran perfectly. Parking is available right on the street in front of the house. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we are very grateful to Filipe for his hospitality.

Studio calme avec vue sur la mer

Une arrivée stressante car le lien vers Google maps ne nous donnait pas l'adresse exacte et il nous manquait le numéro de l'avenue (qui fait près de 2 kms !). Impossible de joindre le gérant. Merci à Abritel France de nous avoir aidés en nous communiquant le numéro, le GPS nous avait quand même emmenés à 800 m du gîte. Après cette mésaventure, notre séjour s'est bien passé : le logement est propre, calme, confortable avec une vue sur la mer et un espace extérieur. Il faut cependant descendre une cinquantaine de marches en extérieur pour y accéder.

Super Wohnung für Ferien auf Madeira

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher spärlich (z.B. kein scharfes Messer vorhanden). Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I stayed here for almost 4 weeks and this studio apartment is perfect for long stays. It has all the facilities you need and an awesome location. Filipe, the owner of the house, is very friendly and helpfull with everything - good communication before I arrived, easy to find the house and check in and he even offered me free laundry and cleaning once a week when staying for a long time. I had a rental car and there is free parking on the street right in front of the house which isn't mentioned in the description. The apartment is located right behind the big jesus statue with a beautifull view especially at sunset, the terrasse has sun from from sunrise to sunset, there is a beach very close by that you can either take a cable car or drive down to, and both restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. All in all this place is very recommendable.

Alles hat gepasst

Nette Vermieter, super schöne Umgebung, traumhafte Aussicht. Bett bequem, Zimmer sauber. Supermarkt vorhanden, ruhiges Städtchen vor funchal. Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es ein paar fußläufig wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat. Ansonsten empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen oder den öffentlichen Bus zu nehmen. Madeira im allgemeinen ist aber nichts für Angsthasen, hier ist alles sehr steil und man sollte schon sehr fahrsicher sein. :-)

Perfect Stay in Canico

The apartment was brilliant! We felt very comfortable all the time, thanks to the Owners Isabel & Fillipe. They were super-friendly, open for any suggestions to improve their home for their guests, talkative and caring. I got a cold and they immediately ran to get me some tea and medicine from their private stuff, which was very helpful. The house itself is astonishing! Beautiful view over the sea, you can even see the Cruiseships arriving or departing to/from Funchal. Everything was built nicely, the room is big enough for 2, perfect quality/value for the money, and we really enjoyed it, can´t say it often enough. Thank you both, Isabel & Fillipe!
