I had a very good experience staying at Valentine's Retreat, Candolim:)
The best part is that it is really close to Candolim Beach. We could go to beach morning and evening both the times:) Our room was relly clean. Service is also good. Location is not that good as it is not in the city centre. But overall it was a good experience.
