Like the beautiful view, property decor at the lobby area asking with real fireplace, nice furniture, water pressure, comfortable beds, and most staff were welcoming and friendly. Dislike the check in male person, 2nd shift, because no welcome greeting was given. Dislike that the bench swing cushions were stained and cobwebs at the pergola. Pool needs updating, stained hallway carpeting, stained carpet in our room, and no water glass in our bathroom and, thin rough towels. Despite that we paid for Breakfast, food was underwhelming, similar to breakfast at other hotel chains with free breakfast.

Overall a great experience. Top of my list for Asheville hotels downtown.

I recently stayed at the Windsor Boutique Hotel, and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the chic decor perfectly blends modern elegance with local charm. My room was very cozy and was impeccably clean. The location is ideal, just a short walk from downtown Asheville's shops and restaurants. Breakfast featured delicious, locally sourced ingredients. The personalized service and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend the Windsor Boutique Hotel for a memorable Asheville experience!

Great hotel in great location. Front of house staff was exceptional. Bar staff unfortunately was quite rude and unfriendly. Maybe they were just understaffed, but don’t take that out on the customer.

Sophie was outstanding!!!! The room she gave us was simply perfect. Loved the decor. Pinball downstairs was so fun. The breakfast basket every morning started my day with the biggest smile. That extra effort was amazing. The only recommendation I would have would be a fan and an in room safe. Thank you so much for everything. You are our new Asheville hotel!
