Any check-in or late check-out outside the established hours incurs an additional fee, as it involves logistics and staff assigned exclusively to provide you with the best reception upon your arrival. Our check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please share your estimated arrival time and keep in mind that arrivals after the confirmed time incur a fee of $28 USD per hour. Likewise, arrivals after the check-in window (10:00 PM) have a fee of $45 USD per hour.
