Spend the day at the warm four foot deep pool or take a refreshing dip in the gorgeous turquoise ocean. The villas have 24 hour a day security, gardeners, pool care, beach cleaning and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Since we are in the hotel zone we are near hundreds of restaurants, shopping malls & marinas, yet the villas are very private & quiet. Parking is near the front door if you rent a car. And if you prefer a taxi or convenient bus service, they are all just outside the villa entrance. Daily housekeeping is included. Optionally, Irma can prepare food and snacks for $50/day paid directly to her. She will shop at local grocery stores and provide you with a receipt so you can reimburse her for food costs. Let her know a bit in advance which days you want food prepared so she can stock the fridge for you. A private 45 foot catamaran is now available for daily rentals. We had a wonderful week long escape from the brutal winter weather to sunshine , white sand beach, and clear water. Irma cooked us our favorite dishes, did all the groceries, and even make cocktails for us. Steve was always at hand to ensure an enjoyable stay and to solve any problems that could arise. Thank You again. 5/5 Fri, Aug 09 – Fri, Aug 16, 2019: Awesome Girls Trip Prior to the trip, Steve was very responsive to VRBO messenger and texts. He put up with all our questions as we prepared for the trip. Nizuc Villas was easy find and away from the main resort area but still in the hotel zone which was great because the pool and beaches were never crowded. Great views from the bedrooms in the back. We were close enough to get to restaurants and attractions but far enough away from crowds and noise. The villa is very secure and the guards at the gate we’re super nice. They will help get taxis for you. Upon arrival We met Irma, who is the housekeeper for the unit and is also an amazing cook for an additional fee. She had fresh salsa and guacamole prepared for us when we checked in which we gobbled up immediately. The villa (#29) are pretty much as pictured. The villa was perfect for our girl’s getaway. The spacious bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. Room to spread out so you never feel like you are on top of each other. We were steps away from the pool and beach. Very different from the resort vibe and scene which I have done before. Now about Irma - we all highly recommend having Irma cook for you. It’s $50/day plus groceries and there were always leftovers. Her cooking is awesome and she can pretty much make anything. We opted for authentic Mexican food: Chike Rellonis, Empanadas, Enchiladas, Po.ole, Chilaquiles and Tamales. She is a sweet and she took great care of us during our stay. We spent 7 glorious day at Villas Nizuc having fun, relaxing and recharging. We highly recommend Villa 29 and you will love Irma. 5/5 Apr 19 – Mon, Apr 22, 2019: Great location with a beautiful view, all amenities included, just show up!! We will definitely return to Villas Nizuc, Irma (the chef and housekeeper) made our stay so carefree and authentic that we truly had a relaxing vacation! Best spot on the strip away from the crowds and no need to rush for a lounge chair by the pool in April! Taking the bus downtown was super easy to do and the gate guards were helpful with booking our taxi to the airport. Your as close to the beach and ocean as you can get. The housekeeping was included and it was amazing. They cleaned and scrubbed every day and included laundry. If you left clothes on the floor they were washed and folded for you. The best kept secret was Irma the cleaner, she also would cook and buy groceries for you. She charged 50 to cook what ever you wanted and she did an amazing job. No restaurants could compare. Steve the owner was a communicator like no other. Quick response and always helpful. We went there with seven people to celebrate a graduation and were not disappointed. Way better than the all inclusives. Sea turtles came up every night to lay eggs right in front of us. The pool was very nice and we often hasd it to ourselves. Irma is such a wonderful housekeeper, cook and sweet person she makes the trip. Her coconut shimp is the best. Grounds at property are well maintained and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Beach was mostly empty as was pool which was perfect for our group. And Irma's cooking was such a treat! Irma and Lisa were wonderful, spoiling us and creating the most delicious meals. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.The location is fabulous with a beach often times to ourselves and Navious restaurant a 3 minute walk down the street. Navious is a must as the atmosphere is amazing and the food excellent. Steve was very responsive to any questions. We hope to make a third trip next year! ##### Bridget F. Dec 26, 2017 #### Very convenient for families, right next to beach and pool, housekeeper was the best part Ideal for families. Great view and easy access to the beach. Pool is steps away and nice for younger children. But Irma, the housekeeper, was the best part. She made us feel at home and welcome. Cooked for us almost every meal. We will definitely return to Villas Nizuc, Irma (the chef and housekeeper) made our stay so carefree and authentic that we truly had a relaxing vacation! Best spot on the strip away from the crowds and no need to rush for a lounge chair by the pool in April! Taking the bus downtown was super easy to do and the gate guards were helpful with booking our taxi to the airport. The condo was very clean and good value for money!!! ##### Vicki C. Plenty of room for the 6 of us with 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The home is clean, nicely maintained, and stocked with all the linens, towels, and kitchen gear you’ll need. The pool is quiet and warm with a lifeguard or security on hand. The seaweed in the ocean and beach was bad, but it’s that time of year! Steve, the host, is incredible! His communication was top notch and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our vacation. I highly recommend that you connect with Steve to rent the catamaran for a day. This was the highlight of our trip. The crew, food/drinks, and stop at Isla Mujeres were wonderful. I’ve saved the best for last….Irma! Irma, the housekeeper, is one of a kind. She cooked us lunch and dinner for 3 of our days and her authentic, homemade Mexican cuisine was better than any meal we had at a restaurant. She refused to let us help clean up and shooed us off to enjoy our vacation. Her grandson came along to help her and I loved watching her teach him her kitchen skills. Our group of 6 were very comfortable, Irma is the best and prepared incredible food for us, and Steve the host was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. Mar 16, 2016 #### Perfect quiet location Property is on southern end of Cancun tourist area. Close enough to be convenient (busses are easy) yet far enough away for peace and quiet! Beach and ocean is across a lawn and down some steps - or hang out at the pool. Condo is great! Spacious and comfortable. Our extended family of 8 were very comfortable! Beautiful view and a wonderful location!! The house was spotless, roomy and ample space for 2 families of 4\. She is a wonderful lady, amazing cook, and cooks for you like she would fir her own family. She always has a smile. Loved all the local dishes she made for us. It was very peaceful and private. Irma was amazing! She shopped, cooked and cleaned for us almost daily and she is a joy to be around. The only less than positive item that we encountered was the pool lifeguard was a bit over the top but once we completely understood him there weren't any issues. ##### Fred S.
