Parking was really hard to find . Should have a proper instruction as which floor and direction of the parking . Air condition was not that great can get really hot .

Okay experience
Awesome view. Good swimming pool and complex facility. The location is convenient. The apartment is fine. However, there are a few things that requires improvement. The apartment was quite small despite the photos shown. There’s no air conditioning in the second br. Aircons in living and master didn’t work well. The apartment was very hot on warm days.Cupboard door hinges was broken. I had to temporary put it back myself.Needs cleaning. The floor was dirty. It should be vacuum cleaned before check in.Given overall experience, I think it is a bit overpriced.

Great views but confusing check-in instructions
Great views from the second bedroom especially. Nice and high up with a small balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Comfortable couch to watch TV and a good simple kitchen with coffee machine etc. However - check in is confusing - better and updated instructions are required - do a video if you have to. The locked box is not the same as pictured, nobody tells you there is more than one tower that has the same room number so we headed to the wrong room and wondered why our key fob didn't work. The second bedroom is so hot it's almost unbearable with no A/C. Very stuffy. The pots/pans are so scratched they are unusable so we had to eat out every night. Bedside tables in the master are too big for the space so my husband walked into them a couple of times in the night. No aerial so no free to air TV, smart TV where you need your own logins to apps. Gym was nice to workout in and pool would be good in summer months. Close drive to lots of fast food outlets and Woolies is right underneath which is handy. Also not far to Westfield. This apartment definitely has potential if a few things are rectified.

Worst check in experience ever!
The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced. Please allow extra time if you need to get to an appointment. It took us over one hour from collecting the keys from the laundry mat to finally finding the correct car space. We initially went to the wrong car park close by which strangely our fob key gave us access too, we were driving around for almost an hour as none of the numbers were in numerical order, this caused us a great deal of stress as we had to get to an appointment and had already driven 6hrs from Victoria. Once we finally discovered our car space the rest of the stay was ok. The location is fantastic and having the supermarket down stairs was very convenient. There were a few annoying things like only four towels left when there were 5 of us staying, doona left for the sofa bed in the kitchen cupboard looked dirty with dog/car hair on it so we dodnt end up using the sofa bed and instead had to sleepone of my three kids with us. I had also asked for an early check in leading up to our stay to allow extra time getting to our appointment, made comfy tried to charge an extra 99 for an early checkin which I thought was very cheeky. Overall stay was good but too many things have put me off coming back.
