Shopping within 15 minutes to either Plymouth or Lincoln or a nice hour ride over the Kancamagus to Conway to shopping outlets and much more. So much room with the 3 floors. All kitchen necessities were there. Pool, fuseball and ping pong table kept all of us entertained for hours. The fireplace kept us nice and warm. Just a note, the thermostat that keeps the living room at a good temp also heats up the bedrooms quite toasty. so you may want to keep the main floor bedroom doors open. Also, the basement bedroom is quite chilly but nothing a bunch a blankets couldnt solve. Its a quiet oasis so if you're looking for a bustling downtown outside, this place is not for you.
