Casa La Fenice is a beautiful farmhouse nestled in the heart of Garfagnana valley, which is located north of Lucca, in Camporgiano, Italy. The private property spans an impressive 12,000 m2 and boasts a lovely 1,000 m2 garden. One of the highlights is the large seasonal swimming pool, perfect for guests to relax and cool off. The property also offers a yard, internet wifi, and parking, ensuring a comfortable holiday rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy the property's beautiful outdoor spaces, including the 1,000 m2 garden, which features garden furniture and a barbecue, making it an ideal place for summer gatherings. The highlight is the large swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 140 cm), available seasonally from May 4th to September 28th, perfect for relaxation and cooling off.

Casa La Fenice provides various amenities for guests' comfort, including heating (available from November 1st to April 7th, paid on-site), weekly room cleaning included in the rental, and parking at the house. Additionally, there is an open dining room ideal for shared meals and a room with two beds, suitable for children or teenagers. The fully-equipped open kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances like a dishwasher, freezer, and oven, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. A convenient shower/bidet/WC completes the ground floor layout. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: one with two beds and two double rooms, each with its own shower/bidet/WC. There is also an additional shared shower/bidet/WC for all guests on the upper floor.
