Inside a residential complex surrounded by greenery, this welcoming and bright two-room villa apartment is the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday filled with sea and sun.

A two-room semi-attic apartment on the first floor, approximately 35 square meters, ideal for two people but capable of accommodating up to four thanks to two single beds. It comprises:  
Private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious al fresco meals;  
Double bedroom;  
Full bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm);  
Kitchen-living room with two single beds under the low roof;  
Attic storage room;  
Outdoor shower.  
Comfort and amenities: Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: Private parking space within the residence, free Wi-Fi, two air conditioners, mosquito nets, safe, barbecue, oven, moka pot and American coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complete kitchen utensils, and beach umbrella.  
  
Location: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery, quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 250-meter walk will take you directly to the beach.  
We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to travel and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance is just 4 km away, making it quick and easy to reach all the other wonders of the island.  
Nearby: Pubs, 4 supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a train station (1.6 km), and a gas station. Just 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront, with plenty of dining options and beautiful beach clubs where you can relax and enjoy the sea.
