The house is cozy, large, with pool, gourmet area and every amenity to be enjoyed. The rooms and bathrooms are great for good accommodation.  
Parking for 4 cars with electronic gate. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, very safe and close to the City Center, Knitwear Fair and Shopping. Several adventure activities and enchanting places such as the Mirador da Pedra da Bela Vista, which is the highest activity park in the city and which has a beautiful view of Socorro from the neighboring towns and the green exuberance of Serra da Mantiqueira.
