There was sand on the floor. The tub was rusted. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and they brought some small tubes. I would have thought when the room was cleaned the toiletries would have been provided. We asked for hangers, and both the person who brought the hangers and the soap were polite and efficient. The breakfast consisted of only waffles (pre-made), boiled eggs, cold biscuits and gravy (?). There is no elevator, and I currently on crutches. Fortunately, we were able to get a room on the ground floor. It is surprising this property as a Wyndham affiliate. It is significantly under par re our expectations. We frequent SPI, and we will not stay at this property again.

Condo hadn't been cleaned prior to arrival. Shower heads have little pressure, roaches in the fridge, front door doesn't seal properly. Would not book again.
