Situated in the bustling area of Mill Road & a short walk from the train station , 10 minutes cycle ride to Adenbrookes. This is the place to dine out full of independent restaurants, cafe\`s & pubs. It’s just a 10 minute stroll into the historic city centre of Cambridge where you can enjoy a punt on the river Cam and visit the universities & museums. Or if you fancy spot of shopping it’s all close by Modern fresh newly decorated & sparkling clean, New coffee machine, washer dryer, Kingsize bed with 100% cotton linens The stairs are shared with other apartments, you have your own lockable door to your self contained studio Loads of cafe\`s restaurants on your door step. sainsbury\`s supermarket is also very close by. Apartment was clean, and convenient and it was great to use the community washer and dryer. There is a noisy pub right down the street, that spilled outside every night we were there. Wouldn't have been a major issue except the window didn't close and we could hear all the noise including a fight one night. I'm not sure what people do in the winter for warmth. The heating did not turn on in main radiator or the bathroom radiator despite following heating directions (which were eventually found in the second drawer down in the bureau with the tv remote) which for our three-night stay meant we had wet towels as there was no towel rack anywhere in the apartment and it wasn't overly warm. Oddly, the smoke detector seemed to have a band-aid holding it together which was a bit disturbing. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area.
