We are delighted to present our charming villa with private pool, located in Calpe, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. With capacity for up to 6 people, the villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additionally, it features air conditioning in the living-dining room and in all bedrooms, as well as free Wi-Fi for your convenience.



Inside, you will find a spacious living-dining room with TV/satellite and direct access to a covered terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker. Bedrooms with double bed and independent bathroom with bathtub. Accessed by interior stairs, on the upper floor there is an independent bathroom with bathtub. Furthermore, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds. From this floor, you can enjoy a charming terrace with impressive views of Calpe and the Mediterranean Sea.



Outside, the villa offers a beautiful garden with an 8x4 metre pool and Roman steps. It also has an outdoor shower, a toilet and a portable barbecue so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The garage has space for one car, and the villa has additional parking for two vehicles on the same plot, which is completely fenced.



The villa is situated in the quiet urbanisation "Ortembach", ideal for those seeking a relaxing and stress-free holiday. Despite its serene location, it is only 500 metres from the nearest supermarket, 2.8 km from the beach and restaurants, and 2.5 km from Calpe town centre.
