On the main level, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, along with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area. A bathroom with bath and WC completes the main floor.
On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, the second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC, as well as a fan for ventilation. This room also has direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is accompanied by a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin.
