With its proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, and even an internet café within walking distance, Villa Mare Nostrum provides an ideal base for your vacation rental in Benissa, Spain.

The complex features a shared swimming pool open throughout the year, from January 1st to December 31st, allowing you to take a refreshing dip whenever the mood strikes. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience after a day spent lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby sandy beaches.

Villa Mare Nostrum is equipped with a lift, ensuring easy access to all floors. The property features a 3-room apartment with a spacious and bright layout. It spans an area of 70 square meters and is situated on the 2nd floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a veranda that offers satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. You can directly access the veranda from the living area. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long), along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second room contains two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a fan.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with practical and comfortable furnishings. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a hatch that leads to the veranda. The bathroom has a bath/WC combination. Balcony furniture is provided, allowing you to enjoy the partial view of the sea. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and internet (WiFi, free).
