Guests can enjoy shared access to a stunning garden, sunbathing lawn, and a seasonal swimming pool (15x14m) available year-round. Amenities like Internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court within 1.1km provide added convenience for your holiday rental experience.

Embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle by lounging on the shared lawn or taking a refreshing dip in the resort's seasonal outdoor swimming pool (15x14m), open from January 1st to December 31st. Unwind in the beautiful garden designed for relaxation, complete with an outdoor shower. The private terrace and barbecue area offer the perfect setting for alfresco dining or entertaining guests.

The "Rosada" is a spacious and bright 3-room semi-detached house with a total area of 122 square meters. It features a comfortable and beautifully furnished open living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate water closet on the main floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom with a bath/shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This bedroom has an exit leading to the terrace. The second bedroom on the upper floor features 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the terrace as well. There is an additional shower/bidet/WC on the upper floor. The property boasts a beautiful garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. You can enjoy a stunning distant view of the sea, the resort, and the town from the property.

The "Rosada" property is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer for your convenience. It also offers complimentary Internet access (WiFi) during your vacation.
