### Wonderful! Stay Near the Skating Rink

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful and centrally located accommodation.  
This second-floor apartment features a unique, elegant, and cozy design. It is situated in a high-demand area of the city.  
  
We offer cleaning, towel, and sheet changes every ten days at no extra cost.  
You’ll also have completely free access to Netflix.
