Hôtel isolé et calme, chambre grande et confortable mais de petits défauts mineurs de propreté. Pas de petit déjeuner. Un bon séjour malgré tout.

Un endroit propre et sécuritaire. Les déjeuners sont bons,mais il pourrait avoir plus choix. Le personnel est accueillant.

I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I

The room we had secured through Expedia was not available when we got to this hotel. There was a host of issues in this hotel one was the floors were absolutely disgusting. I had to buy a swiffer mop to mop the floors after getting on my hands and knees and using a whole tub of Lysol wipes on the floor in the kitchen. Maintenance came into my room while we were in the room and when asked to leave, he refused to leave. It took three times and dropping an F bomb to get him to leave my room. Then I stepped outside the manager, then came up with the maintenance guy, and they both walked into my room while I was not in my room and my companions were in the room. Then we had a situation where another staff, even after we put the do not disturb sign on the door, walked into our room.. the hotel turned it around on me and tried to make me feel irrational insane uncooperative because I was upset. I had two special-needs travelers with me and they just could not understand why walking in somebody’s room was unacceptable. Unfortunately, we were stuck at this hotel for two weeks there were absolutely nowhere to move to. I will never stay at this hotel. I don’t recommend anybody stay at this hotel if you want clean this hotel is not it carpets are disgusting. The floors are disgusting. Just everything is disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hot breakfast was very good with a decent selection. They even offered 'to go' breakfast bags if you had to leave before serving hours. The building was cleaned and seemed well maintained. Having a steakhouse a short walk away was a definite bonus. The room we were in was oddly laid out. There was no way to separate the bathroom sink area from the bedroom, so my wife dried her hair by the 'kitchen' sink so she didn't wake us. Also, in the bedroom there were no light switches on the wall, only on the lamp in the corner and on the bed reading lights. Also, there was no clock, which I kind of understand with so many people using their cell phones for that. The first morning they changed out our towels an made the bed, but did not provide additional coffee cups. Not a big deal, since they had coffee made in the breakfast area, which was very good for hotel coffee.
