The open plan living area with seating area, dining table and fully equipped modern kitchen, occupies the ground floor. Here is also the second bathroom and the laundry. This opens to the private outdoor terrace with outdoor dining table and benches and a lovely sea-view, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets. On the second floor are the two bedrooms which open to the front balcony and one bathroom.
