Sheets were stained ,mildew in bathroom, was mived to another room with clean sheets, but door didn't lock and mildew in bathroom.

The rooms were very old and dated. The price was a little high for the shape of the hotel.

Served its purpose for sleeping. Did not shower, mold in bathroom. The toilet bowl had large yellow spots under the toilet seat. Bed was clean and surprisingly comfy. No soap or shampoo in room. Refrigerator had a large hum when running. We had reserved a king bed but received 2 double beds. It was late so did not complain. We were in at 10 pm and out by 6am. Price is high for the hotel conditions.

Good stay for the price

No frills, quiet, comfortable, and great place for the price. My only complaint was the stained towels/washcloths. Other than that, this place was a steal. Good service, friendly staff, clean.

Basic hotel

Headed to floirda with tired kids we needed a place to stay overnight. The office had a smell and wasn't very clean. The room was basic (didn't use any kitchen stuff) bed very uncomfortable but got the job done for a few hours of sleep that was needed.

Pay the extra money

Not a good experience. They don't clean the room on a daily basis and also did not put clean towels. The next time that I go to that area, I will spend extra money. One other thing. They charged me more than the price I got through Orbitz.

Shower did not work no one to fix

First of all no one spoke English. No one at desk to address any room issues. Never had anyone at desk most of time. As I was leaving before I stayed my second day, a person said she was told to clean her room herself because they had no one to clean it. She said she couldn't afford other rooms and would have to clean it to stay there. Unacceptable and I feel I should be refunded my money, thus hotel should be removed from your site.

Ok hotel, really nice staff

The hotel staff are the ones to be complemented here, they were the most accommodating people. The hotel itself is a bit run down and old but it was a good price and we're not very picky

Upon checking in, I was informed the room had just been clean. Upon entering the room, there was an empty Doritos bag on the floor in the closet. Also, there was no alarm clock, and they didn't have any available, so I requested a wake up call, which I did NOT get.

Several lamps in the room did not have light bulbs, but the staff replaced some of them. You could not turn the shower head to faucet. Would have been nice to have had a channel guide. Cable did not have several local channels.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!

Dirty room!!! Fridge pulled out and not working, big hole in wall, no GFCI outlets near sink, dirty sheets, crumbs in bed, burned cords, just a dirty room!! Checked out early and found a better hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Get what you pay for.

Check in was troubling because the older gentleman could barely speak english. He didn't seem to know what to do, and he programmed my key card wrong the first time. I got a call on the second night because the man that checked me in never got my credit card info and I had to bring it in. The hot water was barely warm, not even good enough to shower and shave. Some of the walls had stains, streaks, and even mildew.

Rude desk clerk - decent room but lousy service

Booking was easy. Arrived around 11 p.m. Clerk was rude - insisted on giving me his whole "spiel" about non-smoking in room, though the choice given on hotels.com was it was a smoking room. I told him we didn't smoke & were glad it was a non-smoking room. He still insisted that I give him a copy of driver license & said we would be "charged" if we smoked in room. Room was decent for a place to simply get a night's sleep -- EXCEPT: TV, while large, was mounted on the wall at an angle & was directly mounted where you had 2 1/2 ft to walk between tv/bed - dangerous!! ONE pack of coffee, one coffee cup, no condiments, frig was off. Around 3 a.m., someone pounded on our door, yelling. This hotel is just off the interstate & is in a remote area. We called front desk & got no answer. I threatened police to person at door & he backed off but continued to bang on every room door. Called front desk 4 times with no success, after calling police. So, while the room was ok for what we wanted, we didn't feel safe. Room was clean - didn't use shower/coffee maker/frig, Next time, will spend $10 more & stay in a safer place.

Pictures on Expedia don't show actual room

Room was not at all what was shown on Expedia. Will never stay at an American Inn and Suites again. Totally disappointed and chop it up as lesson learned

clean but ran down

The motel is old and needs updated... However there was no continental breakfast offered and the door opens to the outside parking lot so no balcony as stated. Shower was falling apart and bed spread had cigeratte burns in it.
