A cozy 63-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. We are in Calasetta, a small town situated on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the Sulcis archipelago. Sottotorre Beach is just 400 m from the property, and from the terrace you can enjoy a glimpse of Sardinia’s beautiful sea.<br><br><br><br>CIN: IT111008C2IDYRIC9X<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, 40-inch Smart TV, split A/C, and access to the terrace;<br><br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed, bunk bed, dresser, and clothes rack;<br><br>- BEDROOM II with a double bed and dresser;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;<br><br>- COVERED TERRACE furnished with a dining table.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (one split unit in the living room), fan, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. <br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is on the first floor.<br><br>Please note there is a small step at the pedestrian access point and at the entrance to the apartment.<br><br>NO WIFI.<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br><br><br>7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Calasetta, which is 1.00€ per person for the first 5 nights.
