The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again.

We stayed in an executive room which is very large and having some useful furnitures. The bed and the room was very clean. The staff was so polite and helpfull. The breakfast quality was good. The restaurants in the hotel have variety of meals. This hotel will be our choice gain, if we come to Cairo again.

Good hotel
It’s a 5 star but don’t expect super luxury . It’s a good hotel overall for the price paid .
The room is large and clean. It has a gym plus swimming pool. Nice staff from front desk to dining room. Breakfast is great if you love sweets. Note: this hotel doesn’t accept local currency.
Well maintained hotel with great in house dining options. Very secure. Staff were very courteous, responsive and professional. Great in-house dining. The breakfast is out of this world. One of the best I’ve seen in w . Door men really do a great job, they remember you great and assist you in getting transportation.
The staff was excellent. Always a warm greeting. Eager to help with issues. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient location. Room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom large. Lots of hot water.
Generally you won’t expect much in Cairo. Safir does provide a decent place for travellers and with good services. Breakfast buffet was decent and comprehensive. While it’s 3 streets away from River Nile, I would say the area is comparably good already - after all you can’t compare it will four seasons or Sofitel.
The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful... I thank the reception for their hospitality and the speed of their work... Thank you to Sister Lydia, Brother Hatem, Brother Muhammad, and Mr. Sherif Yousry... I thank the brothers in the restaurant, Son Youssef and Nancy, who were extremely wonderful in customer service... I thank very much Mr. Tariq Ibrahim, the laundry supervisor at the hotel. ...A thousand thanks to all of them from the bottom of the heart...
I had a magnificent time at Safir Hotel, as I have on previous occasions.
The only issue was that my room (507) was next to the main road and was a bit noisy. In my previous stays, my rooms have faced the swimming pool, which I found more comfortable.
Unfortunately, I did not ask for my room to be changed, though I am confident it could have been arranged if I had requested it.
This is a truly 5 star hotel all around.. room, facilities, amenities, pool, lobby all so nice, comfortable, and clean. Everyone is so helpful, smiling, and kind from manager Yahya to security personnel, to everyone else inside the hotel or outside.. everytime we're in or out at the entrance, or at the street in the front of the hotel they are there to help and to greet us, my wife and myself. We didn't try the food because we're always out and about.. next time we will ..
