The staff were very prompt and eager to help. The view outside my balcony was very nice. I like the location being near the bus station and shops and restaurants.
We were on vacation. Rooms were clean Nice view of Nile. The staff especially Mona Fadal made sure our rooms were spotlessly clean. Which is important to me.
This hotel is an oldie but a goodie. Well positioned if you can cross roads. It represents good value if you are out all day sightseeing. Why pay more if you’re not there? Close to the beautiful old town or downtown Cairo that has many touches of Paris or French influences but naturally is a bit more dusty! Breakfast is hectic between 7-8 am when all the tour groups pile in to have breakfast and then rush off as

Very clean and nice rooms with good city view. Restocked free water every day.
Good an helpful staff. Plenty of dining options. Overall very good vibe.. convenient location
Conveniently located for the airport and the city; multiple restaurant options, room (twin Nile View) spacious, clean and v comfortable. Busy hotel with a lot of groups and functions on a major interchange so no real walking to options though
Throughout the night and into the early morning, children were running around and making noise somewhere next to my room. Also, there were constant mechanical noises throughout the night. I stayed here for five nights, and I had a lot of trouble because the internet wasn't working at all. However, the cleaning staff provided a lot of help whenever needed.
