#### Geldmacherei an den pyramiden 

Leider war die buchung der 3 zimmer nicht dem hotel mitgeteilt worden. Somit waren die zimmer nicht fertig, schmutzig, kühlschrank schimmelig, Betten teilweise nicht bezogen. Bad roch nach urin und stand nach dem duschen komplett unter wasser. 1 zimmer hatte noch nicht mal ein fenster. Der boden war dreckig und klebrig, die betten sahen aus, als wären sie erst gar nicht frisch bezogen worden. Haare auf dem laken, flecken, usw. Obwohl die zimmer bereits im vorfeld mit kreditkarte bezahlt, und auch bestätigt wurde, musste ich vor ort nochmals den vollen preis per karte zahlen, da die rezeption erklärte, dass sie keine zahlungen im vorfeld akzeptieren würden???? Dies wäre hotels.com bekannt. Es bleibt nun abzuwarten, bis zur kreditkartenabrechnung ob die zimmer doppelt bezahlt wurden. Das angebotene essen der speisekarte, wurde augenscheinlich von ausserhalb gebracht. Nach 2,5 stunden wartezeit, kam es dann kalt an. Die bilder und beschreibung der deluxe zimmer bei hotels.com, weichen komplett von den tatsächlichen begebenheiten ab. Die einzige positive sache ist, dass man vom dach aus einen tollen blick auf die pyramiden hat, bei den zimmern, aufgrund teilweise fehlender fenster war dies ja nicht möglich, und dass der kaffee bei ankunft, aufgrund der langen wartezeit, nicht berechnet wurde.
