L'hôtel est idéalement situé, plein-centre avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, et la place Tahrir à moins d'1/4 de marche. L'équipe connait parfaitement le secteur proche ainsi que la ville et vous conseillera avec plaisir les meilleurs lieux. Badr le gérant, mais aussi Hossam, Mariam & Fatma, et pour ceux que j'oublie de citer un grand merci car tout a été fait pour que mon temps ici soit apprécié. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de futurs passages ici au Caire et je vous le recommande si vous comptez y passer prochainement! - I rarely leave reviews, but I make an exception here because we must commend the hosts for making the experience enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located, right in the center with everything you need nearby, and Tahrir Square is less than a ¼ hour walk. The team knows the nearby area and the city perfectly and will be happy to recommend the best spots. Badr the manager, as well as Hossam, Mariam, and Fatma, and to those I might have forgotten to mention, a big thank you because everything was done to ensure I enjoyed my time here. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The location is extremely strategic and convenient — everything you need is just a short walk away. Right next to the hotel there is one of the most popular restaurants in the area, offering tasty and fresh food. Please note that you may need to wait around 30 minutes for a table, as it is very busy. The hotel has an elevator, and the room was nice, clean, and spacious. Housekeeping was done daily. Here is the translation to English: “We arrived to look for the hotel and found it inside a building. The entrance of the building was dirty, and the elevator was an old metal one. We tried to use the elevator, but it was unavailable. We went up the stairs, which were dirty and narrow. On the first floor, we found dirty doors and unbearable smells. We asked about Castillo and were told it was on the second floor. We went up, and a girl welcomed us. She took us to the first room; we reluctantly agreed to it even though it was small. The second room wasn’t available, and she said she would give us a small room with two beds and not even a window, for one night only, because the guest in the room that was supposed to be ours hadn’t left yet.”“He refused to leave and renewed his stay, even though he was the one who was supposed to take the small room. They couldn’t find any solution for us. We asked to meet the manager; they said he was traveling and refused to let us call him. Then we discovered that he was actually in his office and didn’t speak to us. The area does not feel safe or clean, and the treatment was unprofessional. Actually when i went to Cairo, I didn't care about the luxury of hotels. But it wasn't a summer vacation obviously. I would just mind my time in places. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. But the rooms are exceptionally small. Of course i am told there are bigger rooms. But mine was really small. There is enough place to move around and take shower. And when i went there they couldn't see my reservation. But interestingly the personel didn't want to see my payment information. He just took my word. Infact the personnel tried hard not to see my payment infos. That was interesting. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. I only have 1 breakfast there and it was good.
