Staff are friendly. The hotel itself is a little awkward to get around. Our first time there we went in the entry area and. O one was there to greet us. The hallway was dreary. There were no signs indicating what to do. Eventually a staff member came and got us and we went up 2 floors to the main lobby. Staff took us to our room. It was noisy so we switched rooms and it was fine. It’s much further from the airport than it looked online. It was not in a great part of town. But the staff was kind and considerate, the room was clean, there was a breakfast, and the bathroom, while outside of the room, was just for my room and was also clean. Via google the location is difficult to find but just look up for the sign afnan.
