We only got one key, so on the day we split up we had to arrange amongst ourselves who would have the key and ensure they were home so we could be let in. There was a sign on air conditioning switch saying to not turn it down below 24 degrees as it would cause water to leak in through ceiling. It appears this is an ongoing issue. (2) Toilet seat would not stay in up position. (3) Bed sagged in the middle if you rolled towards middle of bed. (4) Apartment had musty smell on entering.
