Hotel was undergoing renovations, but not an excuse for no tissues, no glasses, holes in the wall and the tv did not work. There was no way to contact the front desk except to go there, (no phone we were on the third floor). To say the least, I am not impressed. I have stayed here before and this was totally unexpected.

Pitcher on Internet site was a lie lady knocked on my room at 10:20 AM to tell me checkouts at 11 and then again at 10:55 while we were walking walking out. People live there year-round and woke up with a bug bites.

We have stayed here many times and it is always a comfortable, clean place to stay. Staff was very helpful and pleasant and the staff arranging breakfast was amazing . Always cleaning, refilling tending to the breakfast area etc. I even thanked 2 of them for being so patient, helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here out of all the other hotels I've stayed in the Lancaster area over the years.
