Designer house with parking and panoramic views
- The house is decorated in a minimalist style with open and luminous loft-like spaces divided over three floors and is situated in an ideal and unique location with spectacular views over the sea, the mountains and a picturesque village. The two terraces of 18 m2 and 8 m2 are south facing. The house also has a fully equipped open plan kitchen. In the living room on the ground floor there is a large fireplace and a wood-burning stove. There are two double bedrooms and one single bed room. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a shower and one with a shower and an outside shower on the terrace on the ground floor.
