And surrounded by a beautiful garden full of olive trees, rosemary and helichrys rent apartment, equipped with all comforts, on the first floor of a well-kept villa. Green is the dominant color both outside and inside. Adjacent to the balcony a living room of about 40 square meters. let the scent of the sea enter the house through its large French doors. Kitchenette with additional adjoining balcony. 2 bedrooms, one double, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea and the other with 2 single beds.(in case 1 more bed in the living room). .Bathroom with shower + hot outside shower. Air conditioning, mosquito nets also on the French doors. The house is located right in the center of the Lungomare, at equal distance from San Giovanni di Sinis on the left and the Natural Oasis of Seu on the right, reachable on foot from the house in about 15 minutes. Both the walk towards San Giovanni, through the dunes, and that towards Seu along a small path along the beach, offer extraordinary scenery. Going towards San Giovanni it will surprise you to come across the so called "Ballroom", a space set among the rocks where the young people of the nearby village of Cabras once used to organize their graduation parties and which in reality was a ancient Roman quarry. L'appartamento a cui si accede attraverso un grazioso giardino è dotato di tutti i confort ed è molto curato, oltre ad esserci stato consegnato pulitissimo. Wir waren Anfang Juni '19 für eine Woche bei Francesca zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Wohn- und Essbereich riesig, alle Fenster und Balkontüren mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet und Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer sowie im Elternschlafzimmer installiert. Francesca ist sehr freundlich, ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und kommunikationsfreudig. Parkplatz am Haus, das Meer mit Strandabschnitten direkt vor der Nase und ein ganz ordentliches Restaurant in direkter Nähe runden das Bild ab. Für Besorgungen waren wir jedoch immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Ja es wäre schön wenn auch im Kinderschlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage wäre, Badezimmer und Dusche etwas größer wären wie auch die Arbeitsfläche an Spüle und Herd, das WLAN bis in alle Zimmer reichten würde und die TV-Anlage internationale Sender empfangen würde. Gli spazi sono ampi e godibili, e le attrezzature soddisfacenti. La posizione della casa permette di godere della vista mare dal terrazzo. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi senza bisogno di spostarsi in automobile: il fondale degrada dolcemente lasciando tuttavia spazio anche agli amanti dello snorkeling. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili affinché il soggiorno sia soddisfacente sotto ogni aspetto: ringrazio Francesca e Paolo per la loro gentilezza ed amabilità, e li saluto cordialmente. Jul 9, 2017 #### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick Wir waren Ende Juni in Funtana Meiga bei Francesca. Dort hatten wir eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken und hatten dabei einen tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung war schön groß und sauber. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Francesca war eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns auch von der typischen Sardischen Küche was zum probieren gekocht hat. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung für Ausflüge und Strände gegeben. Luogo ideale per snorkeling, canoa, mountain bike, trekking. Interessantissimi siti archeologici da visitare: Tharros, Giganti di Monte Prama, Nuraghe ecc. Jul 15, 2014 #### Casa spaziosa ed accogliente La casa è proprio davanti al mare e si gode quindi di un bellissimo panorama a 180 gradi sulla costa, dal promontorio di Tharros alla riserva naturale di Seu. Davvero splendido! Per chi cerca però la spiaggia sotto casa, non la troverà. Qui infatti c'è come una scogliera, con alcune calette molto piccole, in cui noi, avendo un bambino piccolo, non ci siamo avventurati, visto il non proprio facile dislivello da superare. Le spiagge di quarzo, meravigliose, sono comunque a pochi km e meritano davvero di essere viste. La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort ( aria condizionata, zona cottura accessoriata e corredata, lavatrice, stendino, zanzariere, ecc) e pulita. La piacevole impressione è stata quella di sentirsi a casa. I proprietari sono stati sempre molto disponibili e pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, come il lettino e il seggiolone per il bambino. Consigliamo quindi vivamente questo appartamento a chi, come noi, cerca una località tranquilla, in un contesto naturale unico. La casa è infatti in una frazione solo residenziale, quindi non troverete negozi, ristoranti, eccetto un bar pizzeria, raggiungibile a piedi. ##### claudio f. La casa è assolutamente oltre le aspettative e molto più accogliente e comoda di quanto segnalato nell'annuncio. I proprietari sempre disponibili e assolutamente simpatici e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione è bellissima, con vista sul mare antistante, la casa è fresca e non è stato mai necessario usare il condizionatore, che comunque è disponibile. Le spiagge fantastiche sono raggiungibili facilmente. Non possiamo che consigliare una vacanza in questa bellissima casa, curata nei minimi particolari.
