About this property

Good, nice and conveniently located

  • Spacious and total privacy, well located whether on vacation or at work.
    If you want to exercise, the Marina is 2.14Kms walking straight down, along Calle Leona Vicario
    10 minutes from the beach, marina, and "Puerto Paraíso" Mall by public transportation, stop is only 3 blocks away, (across from CHEDRAUI supermarket or outside of MEGA COMERCIAL supermarket) ...
    Cafes, creperies and a variety of restaurants from "hot dogs", tacos, to Seafood or Cortes.
    Comfort, location, cost / benefit.
    The space
    *At the end of the corridor, you will find your accommodation, with a fairly large bedroom (4.5 x4.5 meters) and a very large private bathroom.
    *Kitchen cabinet with bar and sink, an electric grill with two burners, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, a cabinet for your pantry, and a double sofa bed, in the dining room area.
    *We are in the desert, please take care of the water
    *Pickup service runs Mon. Wed. and Vier. after 10 AM;
    * will take the bags with the garbage that you have left on the sidewalk
    *Garbage disposals, in the future, we will leave a container for organics
    *The living room is the second bathroom and a "loft" with a double mattress, ideal for children from 3 to 5 years old.
    Other things to note
    There is a little park across from the house, and a laundromat steps from there. Cost $90.00 pesos/ 4.00USD Appros. per load.
    To the right, is my favorite little restaurant "Doña Ines" for breakfast and lunch.
    Seafood Restaurants, creperies, etc. around the block.

    4 small blocks from the house, there is a boardwalk where you can stroll and enjoy walking your dog
