This beautiful executive condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6, having 2 bedrooms (King bed in the master and a King bed in the Guest bedroom and two roll away beds) there are 2 gorgeous bathrooms including hair dryers. The beautiful granite counter topped kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Three Amigas’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a 75” Flat Screen TV in the living room and Flat Screen TVs in both bedrooms. Each TV has Cabo Internet Service, which gives you hundreds of channels to choose from, all the US Networks, Canadian Networks and Mexican Networks. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service giving you (300 Mbps) ideal if you have to work with your computer while you are on vacation, plus phone service with free Local & International calling,   
In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.  
if you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.  
  
For your laundry needs there is a large washer and dryer in the condo’s laundry room.  
  
If you are driving there is off road parking at Marina Sol.
