Nice hotel with breakfast but we had booked it for the kids to have some pool time and the waterslide was a big draw. Unfortunately the pool was out of service which was a big bummer for our crew.

Very comfortable beds with great "black out" curtains. The only real issue was typical hotel stuff like slamming doors late at night from other guests. We travel a lot and it still amazes me how people think hotels are not for sleeping when its 2-3am. Someone will be rich when they invent the soft/quiet close hotel door.

Very clean updated room, very quiet building, great location. Some of the staff would stand outside rather then at the front desk, and we asked for more body wash and didn’t get any (minor issue but none the less)

I was very disappointed in the lack of human interaction. There is a QR code in your room to take you to information about the hotel and restaurant. There is no paper or pen in your room. They have completely dispensed with paper copies of anything. When you go to the restaurant, 360, you will again find a QR code on your table that will take you to a menu and that is how you order as well. No server will come to take your order. 20 minutes after I placed my order a server did happen to stop by to ask if I needed anything and I said a cup of coffee would be nice. She was kind enough to bring me the coffee. It was another 15 minutes or so before my order arrived. Once it arrived, there was no more human contact. You go online to pay for your meal. In your room there is no curtain that goes across the window, only a sheer. That means you will likely wake up when the sun comes up. There was a desk type chair that was dangerous. I leaned back a little and it almost fell backwards. Fortunately, I caught it fast enough that I didn’t end up landing on my back on the floor. That chair also had seams that were coming apart and you could see the stuffing of the chair. The closet door made a terrible screeching noise. The air conditioner was extremely loud. While there was a small refrigerator, it did not have a freezer. That may not bother some people. The bathroom is very small with a narrow doorway.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and good breakfast. Staff were friendly and kind especially Debbie.
