The <br>kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Tassimo <br>capsule coffee machine. <br><br>The living area features a large flat-screen TV and the <br>cozy dining area. The bedroom features a box-spring bed and a <br>second flat-screen TV. <br>The living room and bedroom are equipped with exterior blinds. <br>You can enjoy the sun on the balcony until noon.
