Wifi is now included. There is now 2 toilets, NO bath, NO sandpit \*\* This relaxing beachside paradise is the perfect base to come chill for a weekend or an extended stay Down South. With room for everyone plus the boat and dog, only 200m stroll to a pristine beach!! The water is only a very short distance away, an easy walk straight down the end of the road. Located in-between Busselton CBD and Dunsborough and only half an hour drive to Margaret River. WIFI is included. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. The master bedroom and living room have reverse cycle air conditioning. Other bedrooms have pedestal fans. The bathroom offers a shower, vanity & toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine and clothes dryer and also houses the second separate toilet. Upon entering the home there is an open plan living area with large lounge, generous dining table with bench seating and neat kitchen with everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The home is completed in modern furnishings and new bedding throughout. It also has some nice touches such as DVD's, board games and play equipment for outside or the beach. The backyard is overlooked by a huge undercover deck where you can sit out and watch the kids play or relax whilst watching the cricket/footy on the second TV outside. There is also a dartboard, BBQ and outside shower perfect for washing off sandy feet after a day at the beach. The backyard is grassed, shady and fully enclosed so the kids & dog can happily & safely play. STRICTLY outside pets only please. Beautiful back lawn with plenty of tree shade. and large veranda area. Very old school feel from decades back of holidays in Busselton. We enjoyed an easy walk to the beautiful beach (dogs welcome), shops, restaurants and hotels. We had a fabulous stay with our friends. ##### Jacky K. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and bedrooms are comfortable. Very close and within walking distance to the beach. House could do with some maintenance such as for things like towel rails falling off etc but this sort of stuff doesn't bother us too much. Only issue we found was the white sheets, although clean did have stains on them which was a put off so should be bleached. We would stay here again and thought it great. Thanks! ##### Sarah H. The house is perfect, with all the amenities you would need. The backyard has a big grassed area (great for the dog) and a nice deck and BBQ area, which we loved having meals on. It's in the best location as well - a literal 2 minute walk down to the beach and not far from Busselton town. I can't recommend the house enough! ##### Emma P. It was well equipped and had an enclosed garden for the dog. It was walking distance to a couple of restaurants and bar, the beach and shops.
