At times Guests may need to park vehicles on the front grassed area\*\* Tranquil Waters is the perfect name for this quintessential Quindalup beach house. Located on Geographe Bay Road just a small strip of Reserve separates you from the shimmering white sands and aquamarine waters. This location is best for those who appreciate the long stretch of sandy beach and expanse of water perfect for jetskiing, boating, crabbing and fishing as the main boat ramp is located just 750m away. The main living, dining and kitchen is upstairs and accesses the spacious covered timber decked alfresco which offers delightful water glimpses through the trees. An outdoor setting and BBQ makes this the perfect chill out zone at the end of a fabulous beach (or winery tour) day. Downstairs is another sitting / TV room that services the adjacent bedrooms. The kitchen includes gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control and the cosy wood fire provided creates beautiful ambience and warming on those cool nights. Great location with lovely view from balcony combined with privacy by beautiful large trees. Easy checkin with lock box.Ample parking, great large back yard, however no shelter for pets if you brought them with. Beach across the road and jetty a short walk for kids to fish.Property is older and would benefit from an appliance upgrade. Oven was very slow to heat. Upstairs fire was a lovely bonus, however no heating down stairs made downstairs lounge cold and unuseable during our stay in june. Having appropriate wood to light fire would have been nice. - no paper firelighters or kindle. Only problem with this house after some rain, out the back and little bits of the front has black dirt where the grass has died and trying to keep the toddlers from running black dirt through the house was an epic struggle. Had to sacrifice a number of towels to wipe your feet on as there was no Door matts insight. Please build a deck out the back or just pave over the dead grass area. Cycle track all the way to Town. Great quiet location. we really enjoyed the indoor fire. The balcony with outside seating was also excellent. Large grass area at back of the house for pets. You can hear people walking upstairs when you are in the bottom bedrooms - but not an issue for us as we all work up around the same time. Service was a little hit and miss which helps if you want to come off line. Overall a great property and a wonderful stay. ##### Vas P. For the price per night we were disappointed as the beds are very small, the air conditioning in the upstairs room drips on your head and the house is quite dated. Great location and being able to take your pet is a bonus. Would be nice if there was some paving at the back door as the sand isn't great. L overly big and secure back yard.
